At the heart of VO evolution® is a team of over 40 talented and passionate bridal beauty artists, guided by our inspiring founder, Natacha Bitsch. Together, we share a single mission: to make every bride feel confident, radiant, and unforgettable on her wedding day.

Renowned for bringing “The French Touch” to destination weddings in Mexico, VO evolution® combines quality, creativity, and personalized artistry. Our experienced bridal hair and makeup artists work with all skin tones, hair types, and styles — always with precision, care, and a genuine love for their craft.

Natacha, originally from northeast France, began her beauty journey in 1991. After five years of professional training, she became a Master Hairdresser and built her career across France, Canada, Costa Rica and now Mexico. She owned a salon in Montreal, collaborated with a modeling agency, and worked with Redken as a Regional Performing Artist before founding VO evolution®.

Today, her passion lies in weddings. Being part of a bride’s most meaningful moments is what drives her every day. As Natacha says: “The best gift you can give me is your smile of satisfaction.”
