At the heart of VO evolution®, there’s a team of over 40 passionate and talented artists, all led by our inspiring founder, Natacha Bitsch. Together, we’re here to make every bride and every client, feel confident, radiant and truly special.
Known for bringing “The French Touch” to destination weddings, VO evolution® is all about quality, creativity, and personalization. Our artists are trained to work with all skin tones, hair types and styles, always with care, attention and love for the craft.
Natacha, originally from the northeast of France, began her journey in 1991. After five years in beauty school, she became a Master Hairdresser and went on to gain rich experience in France, Canada, Costa Rica and now Mexico. She even owned her own salon in Montreal and worked with a modeling agency and Redken as a Regional Performing Artist.
Today, her passion is weddings. Being part of someone’s big day means the world to her.
