At the heart of VO evolution®, you’ll find a team of over 40 passionate and talented bridal beauty artists, all led by our inspiring founder, Natacha Bitsch. Together, we share one mission: to make every bride feel confident, radiant, and truly unforgettable on her special day.

Renowned for bringing “The French Touch” to destination weddings in Mexico, VO evolution® blends quality, creativity, and personalized artistry. Our experienced bridal hair and makeup artists are trained to work with all skin tones, hair types, and styles,  always with care, precision, and a deep love for their craft.

Natacha, originally from northeast France, began her beauty journey in 1991. After five years of professional training, she became a Master Hairdresser, building her career across France, Canada, Costa Rica, and now Mexico. She owned a salon in Montreal, collaborated with a modeling agency and worked with Redken as a Regional Performing Artist before founding VO evolution®.

Today, her passion lies in weddings. Being part of a bride’s most meaningful moments is what drives her every single day. As she says: “The best gift you can give me is your smile of satisfaction.”
