My journey includes everything from bustling salons to Redken training, and now, founding VO evolution where we turn bridal beauty into an art form.

Margot: That’s amazing! What inspired you to start VO evolution? Natacha: I wanted to bring something truly special to weddings. After working in various places, I saw a gap for a deeply personalized experience. My goal was to make every bride feel like royalty throughout her journey. Plus, making people feel fabulous is my passion!

Margot: Your team at VO evolution is quite impressive. What sets them apart? Natacha: They’re incredible—no pun intended! We have over 30 talented artists who excel in all hair types and styles. They’re like beauty superheroes, minus the capes. It’s their creativity and dedication that really make our service shine.

Margot: Balancing running a business and being a mom must be challenging. How do you manage? Natacha: It’s definitely a juggling act! My secret? A good planner and a sense of humor. I strive to be present for my family and make sure they know I can be both a beauty boss and a loving mom. They enjoy hearing my salon stories, so it’s a win-win!
